          Emotional intelligence is the ability to recognize, understand, and manage your own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. It means being aware of how you feel, knowing why you feel that way, and using that understanding to guide your actions and relationships.  
        People with emotional intelligence can handle their feelings in a healthy way, show empathy, communicate well, and build strong connections with others. In simple terms, emotional intelligence is about being smart with your feelings and using them to help yourself and others.

So simply, it is an ability not to react to any act that you desire or deserve.

It can be categorized into two groups:
Personal Competence: Self-awareness and self-regulation
Social Competence: Empathy and social skills
Together, these elements enable individuals to navigate their own emotions and social interactions effectively, contributing to personal well-being and successful relationships.

For happier day to day life without stress, anxiety,anger,insomnia, disgust, contempt and fear etc.
